Because neither the district nor the recommending institutions have complete or accurate historic data on where the candidates come to be employed, we need to match against all of your candidates.  The district is working to do more to collect information on the “sources” of our teachers, but this still might not be sufficient for research and analysis purposes, given that we won’t know exactly when they participated in your program.  If this presents a challenge (i.e. in cases where you are manually entering or collecting much of the data), we can discuss “pre-matching” the data with you.  Contact Emily ([email protected]) for more information.
