In February, the Systems and Research & Evaluation Teams welcomed Ana Delgado as our new Research and Evaluation Analyst. In this role, Ana will advance the work of the Systems Team, managing the L.A. Compact Charting Progress Dashboard, planning for our new Foster Youth Dashboard, and supporting the Learning Aligned Employment Program, and conducting research and evaluation for UNITE-LA's Policy and Programs work.

Before joining UNITE-LA, Ana dedicated nearly a decade to the labor movement, leveraging her expertise to spearhead research initiatives aimed at enhancing the well-being of workers. Ana's commitment to social justice and equity has been a driving force throughout her career. Being a product of LAUSD herself, she is enthusiastic about the opportunity to collaborate with her hometown community.

Originally from Los Angeles, Ana earned her master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. Fun fact: Ana is an avid reader and enjoys playing Sudoku.
