We are excited to welcome Eric Iskowitz to the L.A. Compact team in his role as Research and Evaluation (R&E) Manager! In this role, Eric will be engaging in a range of R&E projects across the organization.

Eric previously served as the Research and Evaluation Manager of a university-based workforce development research center where he managed a wide variety of projects ranging from small-scale local evaluations to large-scale federally-funded evaluative work. Beyond project management, Eric also conducted extensive research, and has co-authored more than a dozen publications based on his findings.

With both a B.S. in Finance and an MBA, Eric's educational background is deeply rooted in business, but his values and personal experiences ultimately challenged him to find a more meaningful application of his analytical skills (leading him to the type of work he does today).

In his spare time, Eric enjoys writing music and has even written a handful of film scores for a few low-budget films. Eric is also an animal lover and may be surprising his girlfriend soon by getting a dog!
